ProJan Flooring is a proud family business that has served Honesdale and surrounding areas since 1979. ProJan was founded by Jim and Liz Shields as a carpet cleaning business – ProJan is short for Professional Janitors. Over the years they found many of their customers looked to them for flooring advice. In 1985 they expanded by offering a shop-at-home service that provided a variety of flooring selections. By the mid 1990’s their selection had grown so large that a showroom was necessary. Today, ProJan Flooring offers one of the largest selections of flooring in Pennsylvania and New York.

ProJan Flooring retail showroom, located at 705 COCHECTON TPKE Tyler Hill, PA, showcases beauty, quality and excellence. Designed with interior design in mind, the ProJan Flooring showroom features exclusive names, including Mohawk, Shaw, Karndean, Chesapeake, Congoleum, Mirage, Terragren, Wicanders and Armstrong. ProJan believes in carrying only the finest names and selections for our clients and designers.

Liz

Jim and Liz began ProJan as a carpet cleaning service back in 1979. They have grown the business thoughtfully over the past 35 years. They raised their family in the northeast Pennsylvania area around Honesdale. They are devoted to the community by providing the highest quality products along with outstanding customer service. At ProJan, you’re not just a customer, you’re a neighbor.

Justin

Justin grew up in the family business. He is certified in all forms of installations. He is an expert in helping you determine the best flooring choice for your home. Justin works closely with builders, contractors and home owners. He excels in providing solutions that exceed expectations. Married with three children, Justin believes in building relationships that reach beyond flooring. It is about creating beautiful, safe spaces for you, your family and friends. Justin along with his wife, Carly and their children: Myla, Gemma and Koda are part of the community. They care about your satisfaction. Experts with heart, that’s the ProJan way.

Mark

Mark Roberts is certified by by Mannington and Armstrong for heat welding vinyl. He is also certified for hardwood and carpet installation. He has been installing for ProJan for 20 of his 34 years in the business. He also does specialty inlaid designs with hardwood and luxury vinyl.

Sebastian

Sebastian is a full service interior designer who produces all finishes and furnishings in-house. His expertise is helping you create the perfect design for your lifestyle and your budget.
